"A quirky and enjoyable visit! We stayed in a treehouse - a fun and different experience. Ours had a bathroom and kitchen with plumbing, and the heaters worked perfectly to warm up our stay. Lots of activities on site for the kids to do - wish we had arrived earlier so they could have done the afternoon ropes course and gone swimming. We did make it to the Defiplanet theme park for two hours - kids likes seeing the animals, and the elf stories during the visit were cute and all offered English audio. The theme park was a solid “okay” if you’ve got time but nothing spectacular and a bit pricey (16.50/adult, 9.50/child) - 12 and 6 would be more appropriate price points given what you get.
Giving the accommodations 4 stars because it really shouldn’t market itself as a 4-star hotel. It’s a 3-star experience and that’s not a bad thing! It just needs to have the appropriate star rating because it isn’t 4-star quality, despite being an enjoyable treehouse stay."
