"Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. We stayed three weeks ago for my husbands 76 birthday and expected something special. The rooms were adequate but for the price we paid were never worth the money. We also felt they were warm and the aircon didn’t work which in June is a real disappointment. We asked to speak to the manager (Sandrine) and she never made herself available. Big no no for the cost. Please don’t stay here, find somewhere else!!! Plenty of other better hotels in Dieppe, I’ve been coming here for 27 years and stayed at many hotels and this is by far the worst."

"Terrible treatment from the owner. The aircon was broken so the room was 27 degrees which can be shown on the central system. The receptionist tried all night to help my husband as we have a baby and it was a dangerous temperature. The staff told us the system was broken and to speak to the owner. The owner Sadrine she accused us of lying saying the room wasn’t 27 degrees as the temperature outside wasn’t she didn’t apologise and was extremely rude.
no compensation offered. Ruined the trip, we understand system break but we weren’t informed and the way she dealt with it wasn’t professional and clearly doesn’t care about guest satisfaction
Other guests all complaining but owner accusing everyone of lying. Do not stay here. The staff were pleasant but the owner was very very rude. The sauna also was out of use which from reading other reviews seems to constantly be the case."
