"Small museum with many ship models and city history. You will visit real ships and imagine life on board (engine room as well as where sailors sleep and live). Museum tickets and ship tour tickets are two different types of tickets. I visited the museum in the morning and they said to visit the ship you have to come back in the afternoon after 2pm. Hope this information is useful for everyone to arrange their time reasonably!"

"Great museum and tells the story of Dunkirk over the centuries very well. Well worth your time and more engaging than the Operation Dynamo museum (alas). Note you can get a duo ticket for both museums that saves you on some admission fare but that pass only seems available here as the sign wasn’t readily visible at the ticket counter at the Operation Dynamo museum."
