"Their staff of dealers and pit bosses are simply despicable. They indulge in nasty remarks to customers such as “the gentleman will pay for his drinks because he doesn't tip”. In the same spirit, you get the impression of an organised tip racket. Even when you lose, they're insistent or even ungrateful when they feel that what you've given them isn't enough. I'm used to frequenting casinos, and it's really only in this casino that we get this experience!"
