What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Bordeaux Metropole Arena is praised for its modern architecture and excellent acoustics, offering a visually appealing and sonically rich experience. However, visitors frequently encounter significant issues with bag check queues and post-event traffic congestion, leading to frustration and missed portions of events.
"The people operating this stadium are amateurs.
There’s no signs anywhere about what you can and cannot bring in. Also no emails before hand. I lined up 15mins to get to a security guard that told me to check in any backpacks. Ok fine. Then I see there’s a massive line to check in backpacks, looks like I wasn’t the only one that got confused by it.
The line to check in the bag literally took one hour because they had just 2 attendants manning the baggage check booth. I ended up missing the beginning of my concert and the people at the end of the line must have missed half an hour or more.
The stadium had good acoustics though."
