Reviews Summary

Visitors appreciate the historical significance of the 12th-century architecture and the engaging Yann Arthus Bertrand exhibition. The site is noted for being informative and interactive, with specific discovery points for children. However, a significant drawback is the unreliability of opening hours, with several visitors reporting unexpected closures and a lack of timely communication, leading to considerable inconvenience. Reddit

"Today August 4th we wished to visit this place. Their website was not working. We called: there is a recorded message advising that they were open on Sundays. So, after 40 minutes drive we arrived and, to our great disappointment, it was closed! A notice on the entrance door said that they are " exceptionally closed". So we had to turn back and drove back for another 40 minutes. It is very regretful that they did not warn visitors on their telephone recorded message. This irresponsible behaviour shows great disrespect for their visitors and causes great inconvenience. Their management is not to be trusted and their reputation is compromised. We shall not go.back."
