"Hello,
I think this venue is fantastic, with exceptional acoustics and numerous programs for everyone—an undeniable cultural plus.
That said, I would still like to suggest to the venue manager that he make the most of this venue, which must have been very expensive, and that he leave the neighborhood alone if possible when the sound system and speakers are installed outside the building and the sound is very, very loud (I'm referring to the Brazilian weekend).
I understand that in the middle of summer it's preferable to be outside, but then why have all the necessary infrastructure inside with perfect acoustics and turn up the sound very, very loud OUTSIDE all weekend until very late, which isn't necessarily pleasant for the participants when the sound is so powerful all weekend long?
It would probably have been wiser to place the sound equipment inside, which was designed and engineered for that purpose, even if it meant leaving the doors open; at least people can chat and enjoy the experience without the sound being too loud all weekend long.
Sincerely,"
