"The worst, from beginning to end. To ask for information EVERYONE IS RUDE. I asked 2 different people information to where my my gate will be. Wrong information twice. Even for the tax cash back wrong information again. Going thru Security line about 1hr away. Asked my I will be making it on time. She was rude did not speak English and Ramp out in another language and facial expression said it all. Very, very rude. Expensive. Really Europe is a beautifully place but the people are not friendly here at all. Very rude, from the restaurant bussiness to utilizing the toilet you have to pay. For a spoon you have to pay. Europe has a lot of history but the people suck. Visited Italy, Rome, Lucerne, Paris, Switzerland, Florence, Bellizona thru Globus trip for 9 days. I don't think I would do Europe again for a while."
