However, some visitors have expressed disappointment with slow play and a perceived lack of customer service focus, impacting the overall enjoyment of their visit.
"Spectacular links course!
La Mer at Golf du Touquet is a stunning, challenging links-style course with breathtaking views and a true championship feel. The layout is beautifully designed, the greens were fast, and the course was in excellent condition. A must-play for any serious golfer visiting the area!"

"Absolutely fantastic golf at Le Touquet resort. The La Mer course is in such great condition with fast greens, beautiful fairways, and well designed. Be warned, miss fairways at your peril. We played it with heavy rain and very strong winds, but though this made a tough course more so, it only made for even more enjoyment.
If you get the chance to play here, don't miss the opportunity."

"Played Le Manoir & La Mer on one day.
Manoir was a nice warm up, nothing special but a nice enough course.
Had a great lunch in the lovely, modern clubhouse. Plenty of choice and excellent service.
La Mer was a fantastic golf course. Rolling through the dunes with some awesome green locations.
Next day we played La Foret which was also a great golf course - or at least the 12 holes that we managed to play were. Play was agonisingly slow. Both our 4-ball groups were on the 3rd tee because of the slow playing groups in front. We let a 2-ball through on that hole, they were still stuck in front of us 10 holes later when we had to abandon the round to catch the LeShuttle home. This was 3h40 after teeing off. That would have made it a 5h30 round. At times there were 3 groups of us waiting on one tee. We raised it with the marshal when he finally appeared on 11 tee and he didn’t seem at all interested in doing anything about it and drove off in the opposite direction. Nothing more than apology from the pro-shop when we left."
