"I find it unacceptable that there wasn't a pharmacy on call on a Saturday evening, and the following Sunday, the 27th, no one knew about it. Not even the hospital in Lisieux. I was forced to go to Deauville to fill my prescription, which I received at 7:00 in the evening because it's not easy to find a doctor who will come on a Saturday. I had a doctor who wasn't from Lisieux and who came from Dozulé.
My husband went to Deauville to fill the prescription. He's 85 years old. It's really painful to see these things.

"If there's one thing that makes Lisieux the second most important city in terms of "religious" visits...it's undoubtedly its Basilica.
The Basilica of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux is a monument that seems timeless. Built at the beginning of the 20th century, this monument in honor of the saint of Lisieux survived the bombings of World War II.
Today, it is considered by its residents to be a historical marvel and owes its charm to its rather imposing size, which overlooks the heights of Lisieux.
The basilica also boasts numerous detailed mosaics and a magnificent azure-colored crypt that gives you the impression of traveling.
Whether you're arriving or departing from the city...you'll see it no matter where you are...and you'll leave with a flood of good memories ❤"

"I work in a store in Lisieux, in front of which a car parked from around 10:30/40 until after 6:00 PM. I asked this person if they were making fun of me, and they replied that parking is free on Saturday afternoons; I work at Lisieux Town Hall.
I don't work at the town hall, but I believe there's a one-hour blue zone.
Unless I'm mistaken, 10:30 + 1:00 is 11:30/40.
