"Very nice hiking trails of 8 and 14 kilometers. In the beginning (and end - it's a loop) there is a steep part but it's doable.
Advice: take a picture of the trail panel (or bring a map) so you know what the waypoints are so you won't get lost.
We did the 8km hike ( 10km total in 3 hours) at 7 a.m. because it was going to be 42 degrees that thay. The advantage was that we had the trail to ourselves.
Big parts of the trail are covered so it was nice and cool in the shade. The river bed was dry but to us this wasn't a bad thing, it gave us the oportunity to go deeper in the gorge and it was stunning. Make sure to come prepared (fluids and food), especially if you're doing the long hike. Enjoy nature but leave nothing behind."
