"Remnant of the old medieval walls of Metz, one of few preserved walls in Metz. It's listed as a historical monument. Visited again in January twenty-twenty and still as majestic to look at. Built mid 1400 as a rampart tower and one of the rarest medieval tower enclosure still exists. It's surrounded by a beautiful garden with few benches making it a beautiful setting. It's about a couple of minutes walk from Metz railway station. This second visit I still absolutely adore this monument in Metz."
