"Last week my wife and I wanted to visit this museum. After a struggle with a quite big traffic jam, we arrived just a quarter before closing time. Therefore I suggested to the lady a short visit, where I just had a look at the cars (as I am fond of old cars ). But, this was not possible and only the full visit could be done! Even not when I wanted to pay the full charge for a complete visit.... Not really client friendly from my point of view. I am also fond of a good cognac and these are nicely presented behind the counter, But -as you can imagine- I did not buy any, as I it probably would not taste me after this sad experience!"
