"We did the tree courses, my 5yr old and 7yr old went on approx 7 courses many times, for up to 3 hrs in total. They loved it. It does need adult assistance on some of the courses just to bring a pully across. The adults courses are from approx aged 10, there were approx 10 to choose from. We didn't do the quad biking despite there being plenty to choose from. This activity is very very good value for money."
