What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Mémo Montauban Media Library for its friendly staff, clean environment, and extensive collection, including unique offerings like musical instruments. However, the opening hours and limited computer usage time are frequently noted as drawbacks, particularly for students and remote workers seeking more flexibility.
"Very friendly staff, clean and tidy place, and relatively quiet even on the first floor despite the children 😊. A wide selection of books/materials, although the ranges are somewhat limited.
But the opening hours?!? Not enough opening time in the morning. If Montauban wants to become THE university town of Tarn-et-Garonne, it needs to address this..."

""As I'm studying remotely and only have a tablet, I sometimes have to work on a computer to follow certain courses. For this, I regularly go to La Mémo. The place is pleasant, quiet, and well-equipped, which is really helpful for advancing my training.
However, I noticed a few points that could be improved:
1. The opening hours are not very convenient. La Mémo only opens at 12 p.m. most days (except Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10 a.m.). For students or trainees, earlier morning openings would be a real plus.
2. Computer use is limited to two hours per day. When taking courses remotely, two hours is not always enough to work effectively. Being able to extend this time would be very useful.
In summary, it's a very practical and pleasant place, but it would benefit from offering more flexibility in its hours and computer access to better meet the needs of students and trainees.""

"Incorrect classification of Hebrew books: Hebrew is not an Altaic language, but an Afro-Asiatic one, like Arabic.
Hebrew, like Arabic, deserves explicit labeling. Please correct this..."
