"Turned up at the opening time as given on the website and Google maps. Refused entry as there was a large group of around 30 who had booked in advance. Politely told they were therefore closed to the public and to enjoy our holiday! Others were turning up shortly after expecting to enter and were then only greeted by the locked front door (without any notice or explanation) so it was obviously not just us!"
