The reasonable entry fee, which includes a tasting and audio guide, is frequently highlighted as excellent value. While some note that production might be limited to packaging on Saturdays, the overall experience of learning about and tasting traditional nougat is highly positive.

"That’s a typical example of a good marketing and product positioning. There are a store with candies and nougat, museum with a great history and interactive audio guide in many languages including English, finally, it’s a true working fabric where you can see how nougat is produced. The price with the guide is just 5 euro.

There is a restaurant as well ! Please note that on Saturday both the restaurant and fabric were closed however you still can visit museum and store so you can see the equipment as well where everything is manufactured.

The origin of nougat at the region and the story of success of this family company made me feel so engaged into it. The taste of products is very good. Lavande taste is perfect."

"It is a cute museum-factory. Very entertaining for kids with a nice touch of nougats to taste at the end. My 11 year old adored learning about the history of nougat and the Arnaud Soyberan. Also the video was cool. The tea room and shop were a nice addition. Simple and nice. Tour takes 30-40 min"
