Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Parc de la Haute-Île for its exceptional tranquility and natural beauty, highlighting the serene wetlands and peaceful riverbanks. It's frequently recommended as a wonderful spot for family outings and a refreshing escape close to Paris. Some note the need for walking to certain areas like the playground.

"A natural reserve where noise is at its lowest. The park is very large and has several sections including an archeological section, all in a very beautiful and serene environment. An undisturbed river cuts through the park. I was very impressed to see a ferry boat pass though this river almost silently and slowly, I guess in order to maintain the quietness of the environment.
We visited the park twice during our summer vacation and the section we visited was the playground which requires one walking some 800meters from the gate, since vehicles are not allowed into it. I noticed some families rode into the area in their bicycles. I was able to read a book while the kids immersed themselves in the fun of the playground.
I would visit here a million times if I get the opportunity."
