What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Coco Beach Nice is praised for its tranquil, local atmosphere and beautiful, clear waters, offering a peaceful escape from busier tourist spots. While its rocky terrain and lack of lifeguards are noted, visitors appreciate the unique natural beauty and the opportunity for a serene swim and coastal views. It's a favored spot for those seeking a more authentic Riviera experience.
"Not exactly a lounging beach, but a rocky outcropping with some pebbly patches of beach lapped by the tide. There are some smoothed rocks to lay a towel on, but they can get crowded. Nonetheless, the water is divine, gentle and crystal clear. You can jump from the rocks, dive under with the fish or swim out and marvel at the Nice coastline from off shore. The outdoor shower was a nice surprise to rinse off after."

"Coco Beach isn’t really a “beach” in the classic sense, it’s mostly cliffs with a few rocky access points to the water. I went because so many locals recommended it, but I feel it’s more of a fallback option since the actual beaches nearby tend to get overcrowded.
When you arrive at the Google Maps location, you’ll find a hidden staircase and the road splits into two. I went left and ended up walking about 45 minutes along the cliffs, trying to find somewhere safe enough to get into the water. There are no showers or lifeguards on this side, so keep that in mind.
On the right-hand side, there’s a small rocky area where some people go in, and you’ll find a single shower there. It’s very close to Plage de Sarina. The area is small, rocky, and not the most comfortable for swimming or relaxing."

"One of the beaches in Nice Côte d'Azur. Very peaceful area and breath taking view.
Not very crowded and it is the last beach of the Nice beaches."
