What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Boucles de la Seine Regional Park for its serene natural beauty, tranquil atmosphere, and charming rural landscapes, especially along the Seine River. The historical Jumièges Abbey and picturesque thatched cottages are significant draws. Some travelers note logistical challenges with river crossings for larger vehicles.
"A great parc to unwind, there are also caravans and good books to read, a play park for kids, so good ambiance and chilling vibes. Lovely summer time"
Jamille Rose Caranay
"Lovely rural area following the bends (loops) of the Seine. But don't try crossing the river in a motor home. There are NO bridges between Rouen and Le Harve so no way to cross to Jumierge (and campsites) from south of the river into the loops and no signs to tell you unless you are over 3.5t."
Gill C
"I can only comment on the cycle route from Petiville to Rouen. Pretty much all of this is off road or on deserted country lane. Caudibec looks like a lovely little town - if I'd had the time I'd have stayed for a while. It has the world's best crazy golf course - probably! A short distance off the route you have a peaceful lake at Jumieges."
