"Fantastic museum, not forgetting the city as a whole. It offers cozy restaurants and smaller shops with amazing craft and art."

"A small museum, certainly, but one that is as easy to discover as it is pleasant. Opening onto the city's past with its tools, reconstructed kitchens, and other paintings and photos, we then reach the immense access to the "salon" where the 4 large tapestries can only recall those present at Versailles or the Louvre. The comparison is certainly daring, but I accept it because this part is clearly worthy of it. The Moliere section is very interesting without having to read everything, but the multiple exhibits give a very rich insight into what the life of the poet/man of the theater was like in this small city (the price of the armchair is still scary 🤑). Finally, the 2nd floor, dedicated so well to a traveling artist, and the period crockery didn't attract me any more, but it doesn't matter, it's an integral part of the place, so at least worth "peeping" out of pure curiosity. As for the latest tapestry specially created for the city for its "universal exhibition", it's magical to see the figures represented having possibly (on my misunderstanding, has anyone ever) walked the streets of Pezenas. I, who usually spends hours visiting (to savor is to sin), I admit that in 1 hour / 1 hour 30, you can do the tour. To discover."
