Reviews Summary

Visitors generally find Choco-Story Paris to be an enjoyable and tasty experience, particularly for its unlimited chocolate samples and historical insights. While some find the entry price a bit steep for the duration, many agree that the interactive elements and the sheer volume of chocolate make it a worthwhile visit, especially for families and chocolate lovers.

"I was hesitant to pay the €18 entry price, but it was absolutely worth the money (if you're interested in the history of chocolate, which I am). 3 floors of a really engaging museum, with detailed information on chocolate history from Aztecs to Victorian. They have a huge range of ways they communicate information, from tiny Playmobil dioramas to videos made to look like talking paintings to a ton of artifacts like Mayan chocolate pots and Victorian copper praline moulds. There are great videos dotted around the museum and amazing chocolate sculptures too. English translations aren't always perfect but they're understandable, and on everything (unlike many French museums).
The staff were great, giving me detailed advice in how to get around the exhibit and when to eat my free chocolate. And there's plenty of free chocolate!"

Lucy Jolliff

"Quirky museum, with a lot of interesting facts/history about chocolate.

A few interactive experiences, and along the tour you are able to help yourself to free chocolate buttons.

Worth a visit."

karl briggs

"This museum is good fun and so much information on chocolate with activities to keep the kids entertained.

It is self guided with information in English French and Spanish throughout.

I did find it more expensive than other museums, and the chocolate drink at the end wasn't worth it in my view, but the free samples were great and a truly informative and tasty."
