"When we arrived, there was unfortunately a water leak on our floor, but the lovely receptionist immediately arranged everything for us and sent us by taxi to another hotel, where we were greeted by another very kind and helpful receptionist. The next day, when we returned to our original hotel, our luggage was already waiting for us in our upgraded room. Despite the unexpected situation, I truly want to praise the staff for their care and professionalism, they made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I would gladly stay here again!"
