What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests consistently praise Hôtel des Arts Montmartre for its exceptional hospitality, charming ambiance, and thoughtful touches. The staff's kindness and attentiveness create a welcoming, home-like feel. While rooms can be compact and some amenities might have occasional availability issues, the overall experience is highly positive, making it a recommended choice for a memorable stay in Montmartre.
"We received a very warm welcome. Upon our arrival, we felt genuine hospitality and the positive spirit of a family-run hotel. The hotel staff were always very kind, exceptionally helpful and attentive, which made our stay in Paris much easier. We felt right at home. The hotel was a base for us that we were always happy to return to in the evenings after our outings.
We were also delighted by the extensive breakfast buffet that left nothing to be desired, as well as by the special attention for our two birthdays, which we celebrated in Paris.
The location in Montmartre is beautiful, and although the hotel is situated in the centre of Montmartre, it is located on a quiet street. It was a fantastic time, and we have decided to return for a longer stay."

"Had a lovely 5 night stay. Hotel is located in a great area, near shops and many restaurants. Love the cobblestone streets, and the energy in the neighborhood. Our room was small but well designed, and spotless. We had requested a room with a bathtub, but upon arrival did not receive one. They were nice enough to change our room to accomadate us. We enjoyed the fitness room and appreciated the honor bar with snacks and drinks. We did have breakfast one day which was excellent, but with so many spots nearby it was nice to have a variety of options to eat.
Only downside about the location is it is a bit of a journey to the sighseeing attractions, at least 30 minutes by the metro or uber. Also we were disappointed the steamroom was unavailable when we requested it due to a lack of personal to get it ready. The tub was a bit short (I'm 6'4) and the tub stopper was broke.
Overall the Hotel was fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay and would definetly consider coming back on a return visit."

"A charming place to stay in a great location.
The staff are Friendly and helpful.
The double room we had on the 3rd floor was delightful and very clean with a comfortable bed.
There was lovely shampoo, body wash and hand lotion in the modern bathroom with a lovely long deep bath.
Our view wasn't the best but it didn't spoil our stay.
There is an area along side the reception area where breakfast is served. Coffee and biscuits were on offer for free after 3pm which was greatly appreciated.
There is a lift..or spiral staircase.
Beautiful decor throughout .
Umbrella on offer if it rains.
Surrounding area was fabulous too so many cafes and bakeries to choose from.
Very walkable area being close to Moulin Rouge and the Sacre Coeur and plenty of shops and pretty places to see.
Close to the Metro Station which was called Abbesses line 12.
