Really very juicy, blueberries, nice tannins, some nose. Great. Paired with Vegan chilli (not so great)
2012 Chateau Grand-Puy-Lacoste
Trying to figure out if I like Bordeaux, figured this would be a good acid test. Drank over a couple days. Lots of black plum, cocoa, sweet tobacco, olive, leather and anise. The tannins and acid settled down and the sweetness on the nose built over time. Good stuff.
