"Entered the building intending to pay and there was a couple already having a talk from the person working there, so we waited by the door. The guide then stopped, looked us up and down and asked if we knew we had to pay and "if we could hear her over there", as if we were trying to steal a tour. There was an open door and then no-one in the ticket booth, so I'm not sure what we were expected to do. We left without going in any further."
