What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Musée Rambolitrain for its extensive and fascinating collection of model trains, particularly highlighting the impressive diorama on the second floor. It's widely recommended as a family-friendly destination with engaging activities for children, though some note it's a smaller museum. The nostalgic charm and detailed layouts make it a delightful experience for both enthusiasts and casual visitors.
"I have seen many model train museums and this is one of my favorites. It is small but packed with numerous nice model trains. The diorama on the second floor is delightful, with many working models. The place seems to be designed with kids and families in mind. There are toys, puzzles and games around the museum to keep the kids occupied, and also seats for exhausted parents. They provide many portable step stools on the second floor for the kids to see the diorama. At the garden, near the entrance/exit, there is a small table with an enjoyable board game. It took us around one and half hours to finish the museum."
