Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Rocamadour for its absolutely stunning setting, with many highlighting the incredible views of the cliffside village and valley. The food is generally well-received, described as tasty and well-executed, though service can sometimes be inconsistent. The historical and spiritual atmosphere is a significant draw, making it a memorable stop for most.

"We arrived and hadn't booked a table, but we're shown to a fine table overlooking the valley and castle, which was stunning. We both chose the fillet of cod on mashed potato, carrots, and samphire. The dish was perfectly executed, well balanced, delicious, and very healthy. We shared a bottle of white wine and a large bottle of water, and a double espresso was had to finish. The setting and food are stunning, and the ambience is perfect. Service was attentive and not rushed, and the restaurant and facilities were very clean. All in all, this restaurant is highly recommended when visiting the beautiful medieval city of Rocamadour."

Helen

"Well presented tasty food. Service was a little perfunctory but decent. Starters were great, Fish mains were good, beef very good, my lamb chop less so. Desserts were nice. Reasonable value overall with a fabulous view of the valley and the ancient city of Rocamadour."

Bob Hawthorne

"We made a stop here for a quick coffee and the staff were super hospitable and super nice. The view from the restaurant is amazing, you can see Rocamadour clearly from the spot with shades. Wish we had time to have a lunch maybe hopefully next time.

You guys should definitely make a stop here for a good coffee stop."
