"It's important to look beyond what you see in front of you. We had parked the car and walked to the crossing, had an excellent lunch and saw the cycle repair and charging, so went to get our bikes and then cycled into Rochefort. Watching from the view point gives you a better idea of the Victorian engineering. You just want to give the pontoon a little push to see if would swing which of course it never will. Boutique and excellent toilet facilities for all."
