However, the layout can be a bit confusing at times, and some shops get quite busy during peak hours. It would be great if the signs and directions were a little clearer.

"This is my 3rd time flying to CDG... I've not encountered any delays or long lines, so very thankful for that.
The custom and VAT process took a little time, but we did give ourselves 3hrs to get everything done. So it went smoothly for us. And they were helpful. You need to take an air train to the Terminal 2E
The airport is not spectacular in anyway... has shops, lots of retail shops... but it seems to lack food options, like good food options... places to relax... and perhaps I didn't see it, doesn't seem to have lounges either, unless you're flying Air France and pay €90. Overall, not my favorite airport for sure... but Air France lounge is decent."

While the airport’s size can feel daunting, the exceptional dining and shopping options transformed our layover into a delight.
