Clos Fourtet 1980…que dire…on connaît ce château qui hisse Saint Emilion parmi les plus grand, mais ouvrir une si vieille bouteille, c’est comme jouer aux dés 🎲 ! Et bien on a été scotché une robe encore bien profonde légèrement cuivrée, des tanins fins mais présent, des arômes légers de tabac et de fumé sur des saveurs de fruits confits…c’était une pure merveille!
