"We had a wonderful family visit to the zoo! My children absolutely loved seeing the animals up close, and it was such a joy to watch their excitement. The animals all seem to be in excellent conditions, with spacious and well-maintained habitats. It’s clear that the staff take great care in providing a safe and comfortable environment for them. A perfect place for a family day out!"

"This is easily one do the best zoos in the world.
Whereas in many zoos you would see animals and feel sad for them given their conditions, this zoo does not make you feel this.
You will see many caretakers and staff who clean enclosures, feed regularly and perfectly adapted food to the animals at regular intervals throughout the day etc.
Despite going there over a hot time, the animals were still visible, yet they all had a closed enclosure in a cooler area.
This zoo genuinely loves animals, and you can see it.
Their two spectacles with the sea lions and the birds were really great and shows even further the care they give to all these animals.
I went there on a weekday, yet there was a fair amount of people, I advise going as soon as the park opens to explore it at its finest time."

Animal Welfare and Conservation
This dedication to animal well-being is a key reason why many visitors feel a positive emotional connection to the zoo, contrasting it with experiences at other facilities where animals might seem distressed. The zoo's efforts extend beyond just housing animals; they actively contribute to global conservation initiatives, making a visit not only enjoyable but also educational about the importance of protecting wildlife.
Spectacular Shows and Attractions
Another unique feature is the cable car, offering panoramic views of the park. While it provides a different perspective, some visitors have noted that queues can be long, and not all cars have transparent floors, which can diminish the 'bird's-eye view' experience for some. Despite this, the shows and the cable car add an extra layer of engagement to the visit, making it a dynamic and memorable experience for all ages.
Navigating the Park and Visitor Experience
While the park offers ample shade in many areas, it's wise to come prepared for hot weather with sun protection like hats and sunscreen, especially when waiting for shows. Food and drink queues can be lengthy during peak times, so strategic planning or bringing your own provisions is a good idea. Despite potential crowds, the parking is well-organized, and the overall experience is consistently rated as highly positive, with many visitors calling it one of the best zoos they've ever visited.
