What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the Sentier Littoral's stunning natural beauty, with its dramatic red rocks, turquoise waters, and secluded coves offering a true Mediterranean paradise. However, a significant section is closed due to rockfall, and the trail's rugged terrain requires careful preparation and sturdy footwear. Access to the sea in closed areas is at your own risk.
"Nice hiking, however the Path is closed due to rockfall, but several people undertake it, or at least in part because it allows access to spots to dive and swim. To access the sea there are no paths is at your own risk!"

"Beautiful route, enjoyed every moment of it."

"The coastal path is magnificent and sporty! Leaving from St Cyr, it is quickly closed. Follow another very well-marked route to bypass the scree (yellow marker). You then find the path along the sea offering beautiful views. Making the round trip to Bandol requires a good day walking at a good pace. I preferred to enjoy and go to the Port d'Alon cove. And instead of turning around, I took the vineyard path. This path is just as pleasant in its genre with almost 0 elevation gain --> less traumatic for the knees. Much easier, the return is done more quickly. 👌"
