"GO FOR THE HOME TOWN OF JACQUES CARTIER! NOT ONLY FOR FRENCH CANADIANS A SPOT TO VISIT AND FOR SHOPAHOLICS ANYWAY A MUST | AFTER 1 HOUR WE HAD ENOUGH OF SHOPPING STREETS AND SOUVENIR HUNTING | ARCHITECTURE IS THOUGH IMPRESSIVE - YOU CAN NOT RECOGNISE WHAT IS PRE-WAR AND AFTER WW2 RECONSTRUCTION BUILDINGS AND A VISIT IN THE HOUSE OF QUEBEC WAS INTERESTING |"

Bourgogne Suite Maastricht

"The old walled city of St Malo is just beautiful.

We spent a day exploring the narrow streets, the lovely shops and working our way around the walls and taking in the fantastic views.

The history in St Malo is fantastic, and our only regret is not bringing the swimming togs for the seawater lido. It looked so inviting and I wish I had know of its existence before we visited!"
