What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for the 'Petit Train' tour on Promenade Aymeric Simon-Lorière are mixed. While some appreciate it as a fun, affordable family activity offering a convenient overview of the town and sea glimpses, others find the route dull, the commentary uninspiring, and the views often obstructed.
"As always “Le Petit Train” does what it says on the tin, it takes you (at a very reasonable price) around the locality and highlights the history and places of interest. You can then go back to any if them at your leisure. St Maxime one takes up the hill and you will see “stuff” you’ll never find on foot as it’s too hot to walk that high. We love french petit trains."

"Terrible waste of money. The route was extremely dull, felt forced most of the time. 90% of the info coming from the speakers (English and French) was so boring.
They literally said "here you have one of the best views of the gulf, note, you might not see it because of the bushes"...
It lasted a painful 45 minutes.
Avoid at all cost and spend the money on a similar train in a more interesting place such as Antibes or Avignon."

"The tour brings you to the top of the hill. On some spots there's a nice view over the Mediterranean sea but most of the time the view is VERY boring. Most part of the tour goes to a residential area, so most of the time you only see closed gates or drive ways to villas"
