"One of the best-maintained castle complexes I have ever visited. Everything is clean, well explained and in perfect shape. This castle is well worth the detour and highly recommended.
You should allow 1-2 hours for your visit."

"A fine example of a fortified château. All very well explained and very well laid out. I will happily go back to see it again. We went round twice but I am sure we still missed a few things. All the rooms have something special but the kitchen was a real gem. 11 euros entry, a really good price for such a well maintained piece of history. Sadly, no pictures of the inside because it is not allowed. The guide book is worth a look."

"This is a really good half day out for anyone.
The château is largely intact and retains many of its original features, guiding you through these as you move around the visit. (The plaques are in French but translations are provided on paper). The tour covers both the decor of the château along with information on its military importance and history.
There are two car parks with the nearest boasting picnic tables so I would definitely go there if you are looking for a picnic spot."
