What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the authentic Camargue experience, praising the stunning black bulls, the opportunity for horseback riding, and the unique gastronomic offerings at the on-site restaurant. The 'Soirées Gitanes' are a highlight for their lively atmosphere. However, some guests have reported issues with service speed and food temperature, leading to mixed dining experiences.
"Absolut stunning place, a real manade (sort of ranch in Camargue area) where you spend some times watching black bulls, riding horses, wandering in the sand and salt field.
The restaurant is great. We took the 6 piece menu: 1 mise-en-bouche, 2 starters, 2 main dishes, 1 dessert. Everything is made from the manade production (bull meat, vegetables), or from locals. Even the bread is home made.
The service is great. Charlotte, our chief-waitress was so kind, and offered us the digestive liquor, made from 50 endemic plants.
I recommend +++"

"A Rare authentic restaurant where I found the cooking creative and clever, best summed up by the beef carpaccio, fig, green chilli and tomato starter. See my photo. Any restaurant this good is worth a drive away from the coast."
Shaun Cooper
"Unpleasant to say the least, waiters were rushing us to order, the food they brought was not hot and one plate was wrong. We asked to correct and the meal came uncooked. We decided to leave the place and after complaining the manager offered the beverages as compensation. We did not even want to stay for the desert so 75 euros wasted."
