"One of the most beautiful botanic gardens I've seen. Laid out so naturally, including areas like an alpine meadow. A little bit wild but that's clearly intentional, as the gardener was editting the self-seeders when we were there.
Plants are still labelled pretty well, which is great. It has an occasionally steep but smooth path to the top plus some brilliant off-the-beaten-track routes through some areas. And a few seats along the way for a breather, and views out to the mountains. Such an inspiration!"
Bulverhythe Bill
"One of the most beautiful gardens. In terms of the diversity of trees and different plants, as well as beautiful and diverse roses, it is also a pleasure to walk in this very beautiful garden."
