Reviews Summary

Reviews for Quartier Robinson's RER B station highlight significant issues with train reliability, frequent delays, and overcrowding, leading to a frustrating commuter experience. While the station serves as a vital hub with good bus connections, the lack of amenities like public toilets and perceived poor customer service at ticket counters are notable drawbacks. However, its role for students and residents, and the proximity to natural areas like Chevreuse Vallet, are positive aspects.

"They don’t even deserve for 1 star!
RER B Robinson is a nightmare most of the time. The train is always full of people, the schedule most of the time is late, some trains are really old and disgusting and dirty. Other than that, their service or bureau d’accueil is awful. Most of the officers are rude, slow and incapable to give service or answers to some questions. Most of the time when we need to go to the counter service, the queue is always long and they only open 1 counter although I saw some of officers inside or behind the second counter service. Instead of helping their fellow officers to give service to the people who were queuing, they were chatting with the other fellow officers there or on their phone letting the queue even longer. Incroyable!"
