Visitors consistently praise the Hôtel d'Assézat & Fondation Bemberg for its stunning collection of European art, from Renaissance to Impressionist masterpieces, housed within a breathtaking Renaissance mansion. The inner courtyard is a particular highlight, and many find the chronological display of art insightful. While some find the ticket price a bit high, the overall consensus is that the quality of the art and the magnificent architecture make it a worthwhile experience.

"Absolutely stunning museum with tons of paintings by my favorite Impressionists. You could easily spend a few hours just wandering around. The building itself is beautiful, and the inner courtyard is just breathtaking 🧡"

"Totally worth a visit! The permanent collection is beautiful, dare I say it was the museum I liked the most in Toulouse! The temporary collection when I visited was on jewelry, which was also very impressive with lots of details. On the permanent collection you can find works from famous names, such as Degas, Gauguin, Matisse, Renoir, Picasso, Braque, etc. The visit is worth the price, at least for once!"

"They have strict security check. I had to lead my food at the gate in a paper bag. Their lockers are currently not working, otherwise I’d love to impersonate a painter. Initially I thought the price is a little high for a small museum but later I realized it worths it. To protect some of the paintings, they installed motion-sensitive lights. The collection is also impressive. The temporary exhibition on jewelry is so shiny."
