"We visited the caves in early August. We didn't have to wait too long and also didn't need to book. The cave itself is great - really interesting formations and fascinating history. It's certainly worth paying for the audio description in English (though I feel these should really be included FOC, though €1 isn't awful) as the guides generally only speak French. Good parking onside and the attraction is easy to find."

It is very modern with a lift used to access the caves. Staff very friendly. Recommend it for all of the family and especially disabled individuals who might not have a chance to visit caves due to access issues. This is one of the only ones in the world that has wheelchair access."

"Cool cave - literally. It's a constant 13°C so wrap up, especially your feet. Easy access by lift, the guided tour took about an hour and audio guides in English were available. Some stunning formations; pillars, draperies a frog and a dolphin. Photos without flash were allowed, no videos. Well worth a visit - we combined it with chateau Hautefort - a good way to pass a wet October day."
