Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Jardin Médiéval d'Uzès for its charming medieval gardens, fascinating historical towers, and the stunning panoramic views from the top. The art exhibitions and the offer of herbal tea at the end are also highlighted as pleasant surprises. However, some guests noted a lack of detailed explanations in English and found the climb up the towers to be quite strenuous.

"Small garden, nice flowers and great view from the top of the tower.
Unfortunately few explanations and nothing in English. We were given a chart at the beginning of the visit, in English but with very little information."

Ilona

"The garden is very educational and there are some very special specimen plants. The towers are very interesting too but the climb to the top almost killed me. There are rooms with graffiti which was a nice surprise.
The visit ended with a glass of a herbal infusion which was very pleasant and we sat enjoying the space.

The receptionist was helpful and explained that we should keep our ticket because we can get a discount on many different attractions in the region. The ticket to the medieval garden was 7 euros. We received a 5 euro discount for the nimes roman museum ticket that included the arena, tower, museum and the carre. Fantastic"

Shadow Tours

"What a wonderful find as we explored the lovely town of Uzes. Tucked away amongst the winding small streets, this experience was a little bit magical and a whole lot of fascinating history.
Keep in mind that the medieval towers are still in their "original " state and that climbing up the stairs was an adventure all on its own!
A nice refreshing tea was offered at the end of our visit along with the garden's sweet cat who enjoyed our attention!"
