What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Valence-Ville station is appreciated for its beautiful, historic architecture and its role as a vital transport hub connecting to numerous national and international destinations. However, some travelers have experienced issues with malfunctioning vending machines and small elevators, which can impact convenience and accessibility.
"Tried to purchase a bottle of water from the drink dispenser on the train departure line and encountered repeated issues. I inserted the correct coins and entered the code for the item, but nothing happened, no drink was released. I tried all three available codes for the same product, and none of them worked.
After cancelling the transaction, I only received part of my money back, specifically the smaller denomination coins, but not the €2 coin. Hoping it was a one-off issue, I tried again with different coins (two €1 coins, plus 20c and 10c), but experienced the same problem. Again, only the smaller coins were returned.
The machine appears to take payment without dispensing the product, which is frustrating, especially when all I needed was a bottle of water due to the high temperatures before boarding a train. It would be worth checking or servicing this dispenser to prevent further inconvenience for passengers."

Navigating Train Reservations
When booking, pay close attention to the train numbers and departure times. Always double-check your booking details before confirming to avoid any last-minute confusion or missed connections.
