"I traveled to Lyon Planetarium expecting an exciting and educational experience, only to find it completely closed, despite Google and their official listings showing it as open. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism.
If a venue has specific opening hours advertised, visitors should be able to rely on them. Instead, I wasted my time and effort traveling there for nothing. No updates, no warnings, nothing—just a locked door.
This kind of mismanagement is incredibly frustrating, especially for tourists who plan their schedules based on the information available online. If they can’t even manage their opening hours properly, how can they run a planetarium?
I do not recommend relying on their information unless you enjoy wasting your time. A truly awful experience before even stepping inside!"
