Visitors consistently praise La Source Volvic for its exceptional scenery, accessible and non-technical trails, and the amazing dedication of volunteers. The atmosphere is described as great, with activities available for all ages, making it a superb experience for runners, hikers, and their companions alike. Some minor suggestions include finisher medals for races and improved toilet facilities at aid stations.
"I participated in the 80km race and it was amazing!!!!
Insane scenery, a course accessible to all (very non-technical), amazing volunteers 👍👍👏👏👏, a great atmosphere at the Goulet site, and just the right amount of refreshments. My kids had a blast with the activities on offer.
Four suggestions: a finisher's medal would have been great (we could add a little to remember such an experience), toilets at every other aid station (I won't draw you a picture 😅😅😅), GPS points for aid stations for companions (not easy to find with the information in the booklet), and too bad, the end-of-race meal isn't in line with the aid stations (I would have liked to eat ham and cheese again 😍😍😍😁😁😁🤤🤤🤤).
But once again, I had a blast!!!!!!"
