It is with regret that I am writing to express my negative opinion about the administration of the Prefecture of French Guiana.
It is unacceptable, on the one hand, to have to call the dedicated number and receive no contact, and on the other, to have to go to the office and leave without an answer after long hours of waiting, without any clear justification.
As a reminder, this public service's mission is to meet the needs of users in compliance with current regulations while optimally addressing their expectations regarding their administrative procedures.
I hope that improvements will be made regarding the organization and the human touch, which is the central concern of this organization.

"The way they respond is unspeakable.
No courtesy, no professionalism. We call for information and are hung up on. If we have the misfortune to call 10 minutes before the end of their shift, we are told it's too late and to call back the following week, depending on the department.
I think it's high time to replace this incompetent staff, who, I remind you, are government employees.
And first and foremost, the person answering the switchboard.
