To reach the monastery, you walk from the center of Rkoni village — about 20 minutes on foot along an easy, scenic path. Just a 5-minute walk from the monastery is Queen Tamar’s Bridge, a graceful medieval stone arch over the river. I visited in autumn, and the atmosphere was truly special — colorful forests, calm air, and a sense of timeless peace. A beautiful and authentic place to explore."
