Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Disgusting Food Museum Berlin for its unique, unconventional, and interactive experience that challenges perceptions of food. The tasting station and the 'vomit bag' ticket are frequently highlighted as memorable and quirky elements. While some find it a bit pricey for its size, most agree it's a fascinating and original attraction for those seeking something out of the ordinary.

"I highly recommend the Disgusting Food Museum in Berlin to anyone who enjoys unusual, unconventional, and truly unique experiences. I originally discovered it through an ad, and it immediately intrigued me enough to give it a try — and I’m glad I did. The museum is interactive and divided into different zones: one with displayed exhibits and descriptions, another where you can touch and smell selected items, and finally a tasting area where you can even sample some of the foods yourself. The €15 ticket also doubles as a “vomit bag,” which adds a fun and quirky touch to the whole experience. Photography is allowed, but I won’t include photos here so future visitors can enjoy the surprise. Overall, a fascinating and original attraction for anyone looking to experience something out of the ordinary in Berlin."

"This museum was unexpectedly great. I didn’t know what to think at first but it ended up being a nice experience. It should take you around an hour to complete the visit. As an entry you get a paper bag (for puking?). There’s also a tasting bar for you to stop and try some of the things you just read about. I recommend having an open mind and be welcoming to new food and cultures. Also, check out the gift shop! They have some good stuff."

Alexa Carlos

"Really cool museum. They even have disgusting stuff for you to smell and taste just to have a hands-on experience if you are interested. However, we paid €13/person for the ticket and I think it's quite pricey for a very small museum, it's more like a gallery. I think they offer a lower price if you book weeks in advance."
