"It's the most touristy, most crowded, and maybe even the most overpriced flea market in Berlin, but you still have to go!"

Reviews Summary

Mauerpark Flea Market is a beloved Sunday institution in Berlin, celebrated for its vast selection of vintage clothing, antiques, and unique crafts. Visitors rave about the lively atmosphere, street food, and the iconic open-air karaoke. However, some find it overly crowded and touristy, with prices sometimes higher than expected for a flea market.

"Arrive early and soak up the vibe of this fantastic market and beautiful park! I got there around 8:45 AM. Some stalls were still setting up, but it gave me a great overview and the chance to stroll around at my own pace. By the time I did a second round (around 10:30 AM), it was noticeably busier, but still totally manageable for browsing and finding treasures. It’s a fun mix of second-hand goods, antiques, and new items. Artists and designers also sell their creations here. For me it’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning. Afterward, you can hang out in the park for great food and live music, and if you're up for more, the flea market at Arkonaplatz is just a five-minute walk away. Highly recommended!"

"It was packed when we went around noon, but still found some cute clothing items for 3€ each. It is similar to antique/vintage fairs back in the states. Also was happy to find b&w film for 6€."

Cait Loper

"It was not too big so you could easily walk around the market. There was a lot of food and it looked all delicious. They use the deposit system for the cups, so you have to pay 2 euros for the reusable cup, and you can get back the deposit when you return the cup in any place sell drinks. The park is a little bit scary because some people smoke weed here but it was during the day when I visited so I'm not worried much."
