"No complaints about the technical staff but unhappy with customer service. Our BMW broke down on a Thursday night in Berlin and was towed to Riller & Schnauck. On Friday I called. They called me back in the afternoon. They had lost the key and said they never received it. I went over to bring the spare key. When I arrived they had found the key. Said they called me twice. I had no missed calls. Our contact person was Mr S. I called on Monday morning. Was told Mr S was on the phone and would call me back. No one called. I called again. Was told Mr S started only at 10.30. I called back at 10.30. Got a diagnosis and a quote of about 700 euro. A part had to be ordered. Got a call on Tuesday morning that car was fixed. Husband went over to pick up car. Bill was over 1200 euro. Looking at the detailed bill I have no clue how they got from 700 to 1200. Bill seems fine, so maybe the quote was sloppy. All in all: would not recommend."

"I booked a service appointment at this BMW service center through the official BMW app, clearly listing all the maintenance tasks I wanted to perform.
As someone who services my BMW in different parts of the world due to frequent travel, I have plenty of experience to compare. The scope of work I requested could easily be completed within about 3 hours.

Unfortunately, I never got the chance to evaluate the quality of their work. They asked me to leave the car with them on Friday and pick it up on Monday — which seems completely unreasonable for such a routine maintenance visit, especially over the weekend.

What really made me cancel the visit, however, was something else: I selected in the app that I wanted to install my winter tires (which I would bring with me). I was told they don’t want to mount used tires unless I pay double the price.
I have never seen such a customer policy in any other European country. Experiences like this make me seriously reconsider whether to stay with the BMW brand at all."
